So beautiful. Sweeter than regular Absolute agarwood. Purchased one pack of this recently, tried it, and immediately decided I had to have more so ordered another pack. This is, in my opinion, Connoisseur quality at Absolute price. Sticks are thick and powdery, dotted with little crystalline flecks of…vanilla? Extra oud oil? Either way, even the sticks are beautiful. Not your average Agarwood at all, definitely looks and smells like hand-rolled perfection. Woody, sweet, and warm. One of my extra-fat sticks burned around an hour or so. I appreciate Adi always pushing the barriers with new types of agarwood sticks.
This is different enough from Absolute Agarwood and Connoisseur that you would be perfectly justified in purchasing all three of them, especially if you are a huge fan of the woody sweetness of agarwood. I put mine in a tube that seals to make sure they don’t lose any scent, because these are too good to let ANY scent go to waste. And my tube will smell amazing when I’m finished! If you love agarwood, definitely don’t wait on purchasing this. If it disappears and you haven’t tried it, you’ll have missed something amazing.
